WebScaling is a trading name of Litnexus, registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We work from Marrakech, Morocco, with clients in Morocco and worldwide. For the personal data described in this policy, Litnexus is the data controller.

2. What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to share with us:
- When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: your name, business name, phone number or email address, and the content of your messages.
- When you become a client: information about your business, the content you give us for your project (texts, photos, logo), and invoicing details.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks.
3. Our quote form
When you send our quote form, your name, phone number and message are sent to us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms. If sending fails, the form offers to send the same message on WhatsApp instead; nothing reaches us until you press send.
4. How we use your data
- To reply to your questions and prepare your quote.
- To deliver the services you ordered, support you and send invoices.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
We do not sell your personal data. We only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. We work with established providers that apply recognised safeguards to protect personal data.
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last exchange if we don’t work together.
- Client records: for the duration of our work together, then as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Technical logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR (European Union and UK) and Moroccan Law No. 09-08 give you the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to the use of your data, including for marketing;
- withdraw your consent at any time.

10. Data we handle for our clients
When we build or manage tools for a client, such as a contact form, a CRM or an online booking system, the client decides how their customers’ data is used and is responsible for it. We process that data only on the client’s instructions. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly.
11. Security
We protect personal data with appropriate measures, such as encrypted connections, access controls and trusted providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a data breach when the law requires it.
12. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with its date. If we make important changes, we will tell our clients directly.
